The Solstices mark a powerful pause in the cycle of our planet, a time of culmination and new beginnings. In the northern hemisphere, the Winter Solstice invites us to embrace the quiet, to slow down, and to journey inward, while the Summer Solstice illuminates what we are ready to celebrate and release into the world. Yet, no matter the season or hemisphere, this practice of resetting can be deeply healing at any point in your personal journey. At Gemini Directions, we invite you to align what may be a new practice with something you do each day - when you have your drink.

Over these 21 days, we’ll use the Solstice countdown as a metaphor, inviting the energy of slowing down, of being deeply present, and of aligning with the natural cycles of life. Each day’s meditation will guide you in gentle exploration: from releasing what no longer serves you to planting seeds of intention for renewal. This time is yours, a sanctuary to explore what is within, to reconnect with your own light, and to honour your rhythm in the dance of reflection and creation.
